Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns


Domestic shipping for orders $100 and over will ship for free. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service unless otherwise noted. Some of our items are made to order (scripted shirts and sweatshirts; some bras, tops, and bottoms; as well as some of our accessories) therefore these orders will take longer to process. It takes 2-7 business days to create these items then shipping time should be added to this. Customers will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs fees for international shipping. 



All purchases are non-refundable and we will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We will be happy to exchange items that are unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as in the original packaging. Exchanges must be completed within 10 days of the ship date. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at for further information. We do not hold items for exchange.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Don’t Sweat The Technique for an exchange. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 



Some of our items (scripted shirts and sweatshirts, leggings, capris, shorts, jackets, mugs, backpacks, jewelry, flip flops, fanny packs, and joggers)  are made to order therefore all sales are final. If your item has any issues such as being misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will be able to exchange the item. Please email us at providing a picture of the damage and we will provide further information on how to go about exchanging your item. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Exchanges must be completed within 10 days of the ship date.
